Canada: past, present and future
Welcome to my world.
I have travelled from shore to shore in Canada and throughout Ontario, and regularly enjoy a small off-the-grid cabin in the hinterland of Quebec. I view the places that I see, and the people that I meet, through a life spent for the most part in Northeastern Ontario.
I love the wide open spaces, but I appreciate the energy and creativity that vibrates in the more urban parts of Canada.
I am fascinated with history, and enjoy exploring the grassroots stories of people who lived in centuries past, and how they left their mark on this world, and opened new doors for us.
I think these stories tell us much about ourselves, and they also can provide us insight into our future.
These are my stories, and the stories of those who I have met in the present, and read about in the past, and hope for in the future.
